Who provides the service
The Awayly service (the app and awayly.co) is provided by Awayly. You can write to us at support@awayly.co. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
What Awayly is
Awayly is an app for groups of friends and couples to decide, organise and split the costs of their trips. It does not book trips, does not sell travel services and does not move money between people: booking details and expenses are entered by users, and everyone should check them with the relevant provider.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for what you post in your trips and for having permission to add other people's details.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account or at awayly.co/en/delete-account.
The content you post
A trip's content (proposals, messages, activities, expenses and photos) is visible to the people on that trip and, if you share the album with a link, to anyone who has it while it lasts. You may not post:
- illegal, violent or sexually explicit content, or content that promotes hate or harassment;
- photos or details of other people without their permission;
- content that infringes copyright or other third-party rights;
- spam, scams or malicious links.
You can report a photo or an AI suggestion from inside the app with “Report”, or write to support@awayly.co. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Trip organisers can remove people from a trip and delete their photos.
Acceptable use
You may not use Awayly for illegal activities, to impersonate others, to harass trip members, to access other people's trips, to automate access to the service or to try to get around usage limits.
Free features
Creating trips, inviting people, deciding, organising the plan and logging expenses are free. Some features have usage limits to keep costs under control. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice.
Awayly Plus
Awayly Plus, a paid pass per trip, is coming soon. Before you can buy it, these terms will be updated with its price, what it includes, how it is activated and restored, and the refund and withdrawal conditions.
AI features
“Plan with AI”, booking import and receipt reading generate suggestions and drafts with an artificial intelligence provider. They may contain mistakes: check prices, times and availability with each provider before booking. Nothing is added to the plan or saved until you confirm it, and you can always enter details by hand. If a reply seems offensive or inappropriate, report it from the app.
Liability
We run Awayly with the utmost care, but there may be interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for bookings, payments or agreements you make with third parties or among yourselves, nor for information entered by users. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
Changes, law and contact
If we make a significant change to these terms, we will let you know in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. For any question, write to support@awayly.co.
